Long-press anywhere on your iPhone Home Screen until icons jiggle, tap the + in the top corner, search for DoseStack, choose a small, medium, or large size, then tap Add Widget. The widget will populate with your next dose once you've created at least one protocol.

Open the app at least once after creating or editing a protocol so the widget timeline can refresh. If it still looks stale, remove the widget from the Home Screen and add it back. If a dose was very recently logged, the widget can take up to a minute to repaint.

DoseStack uses iOS local notifications scheduled on your device. Enable them in onboarding or under Settings → Reminders in the app. You can set a lead time (for example 15 minutes before a scheduled dose). Reminders will not fire if you have notifications disabled for DoseStack in iOS Settings.

On your device. DoseStack has no account system and no server backend for your protocol, dose, or note data. Your records never leave your phone. iCloud sync is on the roadmap but not at launch.

Yes. Privacy Mode replaces compound names with the generic label "Next Dose" so what's visible on your Home Screen is non-identifying. Toggle it under Settings → Privacy.

Use Settings → Delete all data in the app, or uninstall DoseStack — uninstalling clears the app's local storage and the App Group container the widget reads from.

No. DoseStack is a tracking journal only. It does not provide medical advice, prescribe medication, recommend protocols, or replace a licensed healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional before starting, changing, or stopping any therapy.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → DoseStack → Cancel Subscription. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

On the paywall screen, tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find DoseStack, and request a refund. We have no ability to process refunds on Apple's behalf.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → DoseStack and confirm Allow Notifications is on, with the styles you want (banners, sounds, badges). If you've granted permission and they still don't fire, try the Send 5-second test button in the app's Reminders settings — that's the fastest way to confirm the pipeline is working.

Force-quit the app (swipe up from the Home indicator and flick DoseStack up) and reopen it. If the problem persists, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
