Terms of Use & EULA

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using DoseStack ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use, which together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA") form the binding agreement between you and Jake Warburton ("we", "us", "our") governing the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What DoseStack is

DoseStack is a personal tracking utility for self-managed protocols. It allows you to record compounds, schedules, doses, sites, and notes, and surfaces an upcoming dose on the iOS Home Screen via WidgetKit. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional, and not a source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use DoseStack. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Your account and data

DoseStack does not require an account. Your protocols, dose logs, and notes are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for backing up your device. Uninstalling the App will remove its on-device data; we cannot recover it.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

DoseStack offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features. By starting a subscription you agree to the following terms required by Apple:

  • DoseStack Pro Weekly — billed at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase, every 1 week.
  • DoseStack Pro Yearly — billed at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase, every 1 year.
  Prices are shown in your local currency in-app and may vary by region. The price displayed at the point of purchase is the price you will be charged.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Manage and cancel: Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on your iPhone after purchase, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trials: DoseStack does not currently offer a free trial. If a future version offers one, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

7. Refunds

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. We have no ability to grant or deny refunds on Apple's behalf.

8. No medical advice

DoseStack is a tracking journal only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, recommend protocols, set dosage, or evaluate treatment outcomes. Information shown in the App — including any preset compound names, units, or schedule templates — is provided as a convenience for tracking entries you have chosen to record. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, stopping, or combining any therapy. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or selected in the App.

9. Your responsibility and acceptable use

You are solely responsible for what you choose to track and how you use that information. You agree:

• To comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction regarding any substance you choose to track, including prescription medications, controlled substances, hormones, and research compounds.
• To obtain any prescription, supervision, or authorization required by your jurisdiction before using any substance.
• Not to rely on the App for emergency, diagnostic, or critical clinical decision-making.
• Not to use the App in a manner that could harm yourself or others.
• Not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any portion of it, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Not to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features.

10. Substances and legal compliance

DoseStack is a neutral tracking utility. The App may include compound names as user-selectable presets purely for entry convenience. The presence of any compound in the App is not an endorsement, recommendation, claim of safety or efficacy, statement of legality in your jurisdiction, or representation that the compound is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator.

You are responsible for understanding the legal status of any substance you choose to track in your jurisdiction. Some substances tracked using the App may be available only by prescription, may be subject to compounding restrictions, or may be unapproved or illegal for human use in certain regions. Use of the App does not authorize, supply, or facilitate the acquisition of any substance.

11. Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, graphics, branding, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Jake Warburton and protected by intellectual property laws. The Apple EULA governs your right to install and use the binary; these Terms govern everything else.

12. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple's StoreKit and on RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure) to process and validate purchases. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

13. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend access to the App or to subscription features if you materially breach these Terms or use the App in a way that creates legal, regulatory, or platform risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.

14. Disclaimers

DOSESTACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR AT ALL.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that notifications will be delivered on time or at all.

Subject to the first paragraph above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim and (b) GBP £50.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jake Warburton from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or related to your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, your breach of applicable law, or your decisions about substances you choose to track or use. This clause does not apply to losses arising from our own breach of these Terms or our negligence.

17. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Apple-required terms (third-party beneficiary)

You and we acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. To the extent the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the App purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any claims relating to possession or use of the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims, are governed by these Terms. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
